Crispy Chilli Oil
At Shedletsky’s we hate waste and when we make our smoked hot sauce, we end up with a lot of mash that could just go in the bin. Instead we dehydrate it and make it into a delicious and aromatic crispy chilli oil.
It’s possibly the most versatile condiment you can have to hand: we like frying our eggs in it, but you can use it to toss noodles, top pizza, add to dips, make fried rice or marinate tofu. It will pep up anything.
INGREDIENTS: Hot Sauce Flakes (Chilli, tomato, garlic, vinegar, salt, sugar), PEANUTS, onion, garlic, rapeseed oil, salt, black pepper, mixed spices
