Spicy Turnip Pickles
The Shedletsky's take on the best bit of a falafel wrap
We’ve put a Shedletsky’s twist on our favourite pink pickled turnips by adding some (not a lot) Naga Ghost Chillies. It’s given them a punchy kick that’ll liven up any meal you serve them with. Highly recommended with schwama, sabiche, falafel, in salads or bunged in any sandwich.
INGREDIENTS: Turnip, beetroot, chilli, garlic, vinegar, SUMAC, bay leaves, black pepper, salt
